Petrotech Environmental Services is fully equipped to move houses but most often contracts this aspect to a house moving specialist in our area.

Although, we do provide the services to construct the new engineered granular bases under the foundation, the new foundation construction, beam pocket repairs, electrical, plumbing, landscaping and all other tasks from start to finish to reinstate a house after it has been placed back to its original position.

Petrotech Environmental Services is well known for its ability support buildings with structural steel beams in order to gain access to the contaminated soil beneath the structures. This is the quickest and most cost effective manner to excavate contaminated soil from underneath a building.

Over the years, our structural work has saved our client’s the cost of not having to demolish and rebuild many structures. We can work with your preferred structural engineers or if needed, we have a list of structural engineers that we recomment that specialize in this field.

Partial or Complete Demolition Services

Petrotech Environmental Services is fully equipped to demolish, haul and dispose any size building. We’ve demolished buildings impacted by fires, oil spills, major flooding, etc.

Engineered Structural Granular Bases

Petrotech Environmental Services is fully equipped and experienced to construct engineered structural granular bases to support new foundations. This is one of the most important aspects of any project since the entire weight of a structure will be placed on the granular base. Each granular lift/level is tested for compaction by a geo-technical engineer and must meet 100% compaction. Once completed, the new bases are more stable than the original soils that the structures previously rested on.
